Terms of Service
I’m not a big fan of long winded terms of service so we’re trying to keep this simple.
1. All Website content belongs to Real Pro Data Solutions, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Obviously because we are built on top of Wordpress and a few other plug-ins we do not lay claim to any of the GPL code. We only claim our posted content, graphics, logos, and other Real Pro Data Solutions generated content.
2. Video submissions and comments are owned by the respective submitter/poster. The submitter/poster agrees by posting that they have rights to post this content on the internet for all to see.
3. Any illegal content will be removed.
4. We will not sell your profile information.
5. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at anytime.
6. Should an issue arise not covered by this agreement we will default to using common sense to resolve the issue.
7. By using this site you agree to hold us harmless and agree not to sue us.
8. We reserve the right to remove any content for any reason.
9. By posting content on this website you agree to allow us to reuse or license the content for other purposes.
10. You also agree to allow us to modify the video for content, length or any other reason we see fit.
Finally please use common sense when using our website.
